Our ESOMAR paper is titled “Why ask a question when you already know the answer? How data science and machine learning can be used to shorten surveys”. Our Head of Data Science Martin Dimov and GMI’s Director of Research Technology Steve Wigmore will walk through a project commissioned by Group M where we managed to shorten significantly the questionnaire length for some respondents while preserving data quality and completeness for the whole target sample.
You will learn which mathematical models can be applied to reduce length and repetitions, decrease costs of large tracking desktop surveys and optimize respondents’ experience.
