We are in a search for a Configuration Analyst – SaaS Product
Our partner is a Silicon Valley unicorn, a leading software solution provider for Customer Experience Management programmes.
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in English
- Business Analysis/ Project Management experience
- At least basic knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking and work under pressure skills
- Willingness to work in a team
- Integrity
- Resilience
Desired Skills:
- Fluency in German, French, Spanish, Italian or any other European language
- Previous work experience in web platform operations
- Previous work experience in market research and consultancy
